Custom Furniture Online – How We Do It?
You sit comfortably on the sofa or in an armchair, turn on your computer, and visit our store or configurator. You order material samples to see in reality which material and color suit you best. In the configurator, you create furniture: a bookcase, dresser, table, countertop, shelves, or other items. In the store, you choose a ready-made option, which you customize to your preferences. EWODD brand furniture, with attention to detail and material quality, is created for you in our workshop equipped with modern machinery. See how we do it!

Products in the “IN STOCK” section and products from brands other than EWODD are shipped within 3 business days.
The lead time for EWODD brand furniture is 2 to 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the order and the production schedule.
We deliver our products to the indicated address by courier or our own transport, depending on the size of the order. You can also collect your furniture in person at our headquarters in Stary Sącz. The cost of transport within Poland is calculated automatically at checkout. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your purchased product, please contact us.
If you have any other needs that our store does not cover, please contact us, and we will do our best to fulfill your project, if possible.
For EWODD brand products, due to the fact that products ordered in the store are non-prefabricated, manufactured according to the Customer’s specifications, and serve to meet their individualized needs, in accordance with Article 38 point 3) of the Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of June 24, 2014, item 827), the Customer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of delivery of the ordered goods.
For products from brands other than EWODD and products from the “IN STOCK” section, the withdrawal period is 14 days.
Many products in our store offer the option to choose a skirting board cut-out.
The standard cut-out is 70 mm high and 20 mm deep.
If you choose a different cut-out option, please provide information about its parameters in the “Order Notes” section of your cart. We make cut-outs up to 200 mm high and 30 mm deep.
Some products in our store offer the option to choose a lacquer in a RAL color. After selecting this option, please provide information about the chosen color in the “Order Notes” section of your cart. We lacquer furniture in all colors from the extensive RAL Classic palette.
We lacquer furniture with eco-friendly water-based lacquer. Upon special request and for an additional fee, we can use white polyurethane lacquer.
Wood and veneered MDF can be covered with clear lacquer in gloss or matte finish. They can also be covered with lacquer in a chosen color from the extensive RAL Classic palette. Lacquer seals the wood structure, protecting it from moisture. If your furniture is to be assembled in a bathroom or kitchen, lacquering is highly recommended.
Lacquered MDF can also be covered with clear or colored lacquer, in gloss or semi-matte finish.
After selecting the color lacquering option, please provide information about the chosen color from the RAL Classic palette in the “Order Notes” section of your cart.

Multi-drilling allows for arbitrary adjustment of the space between shelves in your furniture.
A multi-drilled shelving unit has drillings every 32 mm and shelves with metal supports that you can easily and quickly disassemble and reassemble in a different location.

For technical reasons, each segment must contain at least one fixed horizontal partition to stabilize the structure.
In case of a product defect, you have the right to file a complaint using the complaint form. This is Appendix No. 2, available for download in the TERMS AND CONDITIONS section.

CONFIGURATOR
You can easily design your furniture on our website. Follow the instructions provided by the Configurator tool. Start by selecting the basic furniture parameters: height, width, and depth. Then choose the material and color it should be made from. Next, add or remove shelves or sections. Select doors, knobs, and other necessary furniture elements. Once the configuration is complete, click “order”. Choose the delivery type, assembly, and payment method. Confirm the order. After completing this action, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided. If you have any problems using the Configurator or other questions regarding configuration, please contact us by phone or email.
We deliver our products to the specified location by courier or our own means of transport, depending on the size of the order. You can also pick up the furniture personally at our headquarters in Stary Sącz. The cost of transport within Poland is calculated automatically after proceeding to checkout. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of the purchased product, please contact us.
If your product has not yet been manufactured, you can modify it. In this case, please contact us by phone as soon as possible. However, if your order has gone into production, it cannot be modified. Nevertheless, it can be supplemented with the required parts at a later time.
If you have any other needs that our Configurator does not accommodate, please contact us, and we will do our best to fulfill your project.
For larger and more complex projects, we provide interior measurement and custom furniture design services. Our designers and specialists will measure the room and discuss the product and possibilities with you. In this case, please contact us to arrange a meeting.
The prices of our products are determined during configuration and depend on the selected type of material, finish, and furniture size. Each designed piece of furniture is unique, so we cannot provide standard prices. However, we assure you that all product prices are fair and optimal for the given type of furniture.
The prices listed on the website are gross prices.
The waiting time for order fulfillment is no longer than 40 business days from the moment the order is placed (in the case of countertop orders, 60 business days). We will keep you informed about the current stage of your order fulfillment. To receive detailed information regarding payment, delivery, and order fulfillment, please contact us.

Maintenance steps:
- Dust the surface using a wool or cotton cloth.
- Remove dirt and grease stains with a damp sponge and a special cleaning agent.
- Dull the surface with fine-grained 240-grit sandpaper along the grain.
- Dust the furniture again.
- Apply a new, thin layer of oil to restore the protective coating.
- Wipe off excess impregnate with a dry cloth.
- Leave the furniture to dry, preferably for 24 hours.
Maintenance repeated at least once a year enhances the grain pattern and depth of color of natural wood.
Ewodd furniture is made in Poland, specifically in our modern workshop in Stary Sącz. Our specialists, skilled craftsmen, and carpentry artisans use their expertise to create furniture for you from the highest quality wood sourced from Polish forest nurseries. Our range includes various types of solid and laminated wood, as well as birch plywood, furniture board, laminated MDF board, lacquered and veneered finishes.
We use wood certified with FSC Certification and PEFC. The wood is finished with ecological, natural oil-wax that meets DIN 68861T1B and EN 71-3 standards.
We also use laminated MDF boards, which we lacquer ourselves using only eco-friendly water-based lacquers by Sherwin-Williams.
We also use Finnish birch plywood by KOSKISEN in furniture production. The plywood is certified with FSC Certification and PEFC.
We care about the environment—our products come from forests that are managed responsibly and sustainably.
